The group now has five SAWH spiral steel pipe production lines, five HFW pipe production lines of Ф89mm, Ф140mm, Ф168mm, Ф273mm & Ф508mm, five HFW welded pipe production line and four longitudinal shear line. The annual output of high precision, high strength of HFW steel pipe is 660,000tons.  Annual output of SAWH steel pipe (φ219mm-φ3000mm,W.T:5mm-30mm) is 100 thousand tons;The diameter is fromФ 33.4mm to Ф508mm and the thickness is from 3mm-22mm. two 3PE anti-corrosive production lines , one production line of outer coating with plastic and inner coating with epoxy, and one insulation steel pipe production line. Annual output of anticorrosive pipes is 1.5 million square meters , insulated pipes is 500 thousand linear meters . Our products cover petroleum pipe , gas line pipe , casing pipe , welded steel pipe for low pressure liquid delivery ,auto transmission shaft pipe , roller tube ,structure pipe etc and are mainly used on the petroleum , natural gas ,steam, coal gas ,coal slurry , mechanism, construction ,airline, electric & water power etc. The steel grade concludes Q195-Q485, B-X80/L555 etc. Carried standard is API 5L PSL1、PSL2  API 5CT、ASTM A53、ASTM A252、GB/T9711、GB/T3091、GB/T13793、EN10219 etc. 3PP/3PE grade concludes GB/T23257、DIN30670、CSA Z245.21、SY/T0413、DIN30678; external and internal Epoxy Corrosion Protection GB/T5135、CJ/T120、SY/T0315、SY/T0442、CSA Z245.20、AWWA C213; Antiseptic performance of state epoxy paint SY/T0457, Q/12TG3663, AWWA C210; Anti-corrosion Implementation of Epoxy Coal Asphalt GB/T50268, SY/T0447.

       The company has adopted the current domestic advanced production technology and technical equipment, such as FFX forming, telepathy welding, medium frequency heat treatment, circle knave burr removal, ultrasonic thickness gauge, online ultrasonic flaw detector, off-line ultrasonic flaw detector, hydrostatic testing machine and other testing equipment, and built a central laboratory, which is equipped with advanced spectral analyzer, material testing machine, drop hammer test. Testing machine, cryogenic impact testing machine, projector, metallographic microscope which can carry out the physical and chemical, metallographic and cryogenic impact tests of products. And we have got the ability to produce high precision, high quality welded pipe.

In order to improve product quality, the company has implemented the four-inspection system of first inspection, self-inspection, mutual inspection and special inspection.
