Anticorrosive production lines are separately for pipe size Φ76-Φ1020mm,Φ508-Φ2620mm andΦ325-Φ2620mm, Insulation production line are for pipe size Φ219-Φ1420mm. Annual output of anticorrosive pipes is 1.5million square meters , insulated pipes is 500 thousand linear meters .

      Product quality has always been the basis of our survival and development. In terms of quality control, we have complete quality testing equipment for all lines of production. At the same time, we also have advanced testing equipment such as on-line spark tester, electronic tensile tester, melt flow rate tester, size change rate tester, indentation hardness tester, impact tester, peeling strength tester, cathode peeling tester and so on. The company has an independent physical and chemical testing center and equipped with professional and technical personnel to achieve the whole process of inspection from raw materials to finished products. At the same time, in accordance with the production process, the implementation of standardized, scientific and strict quality internal control and management system ensures qualified rate of products .Besides implementing quality tracking system in after-sales quality service to make customer satisfied.
