       Our company total invested 120million RMB, occupied 100,000 square meters, processed Ф89mm,Ф140mm,Ф168mm,Ф273mm&Ф508mm,five HFW welded pipe production line and four longitudinal shear line. The annual output of high precision, high strength of HFW steel pipe is 400,000tons. The diameter is fromФ 33.4mm to Ф508mm and the thickness is from 3mm-22mm. The steel grade concludes Q195-Q485, B-X80/L555 etc. Carried standard is API 5L PSL1、PSL2  API 5CT、ASTM A53、ASTM A252、GB/T9711、GB/T3091、GB/T13793、EN10219 etc. Our products cover petroleum pipe , gas line pipe , casing pipe , welded steel pipe for low pressure liquid delivery ,auto transmission shaft pipe , roller tube ,structure pipe etc and are mainly used on the petroleum , natural gas ,steam, coal gas ,coal slurry , mechanism, construction ,airline, electric & water power etc.

       The company has adopted the current domestic advanced production technology and technical equipment, such as FFX forming, telepathy welding, medium frequency heat treatment, circle knave burr removal, ultrasonic thickness gauge, online ultrasonic flaw detector, off-line ultrasonic flaw detector, hydrostatic testing machine and other testing equipment, and built a central laboratory, which is equipped with advanced spectral analyzer, material testing machine, drop hammer test. Testing machine, cryogenic impact testing machine, projector, metallographic microscope which can carry out the physical and chemical, metallographic and cryogenic impact tests of products. And we have got the ability to produce high precision, high quality welded pipe.
